How long does shipping take for bike components and gear?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for those who need their gear before the weekend.

What is your return policy on protective equipment?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn gear, including helmets and pads, provided they are in their original packaging with tags attached. For safety reasons, used protective equipment cannot be returned.

Do you offer assembly services for complete bike builds?

Yes, all complete bikes purchased through Howler Bike Park are professionally tuned and partially disassembled for shipping. We provide clear instructions and tools for a 15-minute final assembly.

Are your components covered by a warranty?

All products sold are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, Howler Bike Park provides a 1-year limited guarantee against defects in workmanship on all custom builds.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.

Do you offer international shipping for mountain bike frames?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. For other international inquiries, please contact our support team for a custom freight quote.
