At Howler Bike Park, we want your gear to perform as hard as you do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the gear for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
